I am late posting pictures from Chinese New Year. We celebrated with many old friends and met lots of new friends. The first celebration we attended was in Mississippi, my friend Margie invited us. I met Margie via a yahoo adoption group lovingly named April Pandas. This group began in 2005 and consisted of many moms and a few dads from all over the world who all had our paper work logged in to adopt from China in April of 2005. This group of waiting moms quickly became very close and 5 years later many of us still keep in touch. So it was very exciting to meet Margie and her family.
The second celebration we traveled to Houston to celebrate with friends from our old play group at the local Families with Children from China.
