Another 1st Day of "School"

Today was a BIG day for our Littlest Princess. Kaylyn attended her 1st Day of "School" today, which is actually Mother's Day Out, it is only 2.5 hours. For those of you that have had the pleasure of meeting our girl you know this is huge for her. She has had a very difficult time learning to trust and attach to us. But after being home for 2.5 years I am so happy to say that our little princess has come a LONG way. She is so happy, confidant and very attached to both mommy and daddy now. And attached to her big sister is an understatement, Kaylyn has always been Abba's shadow but they are pretty much inseparable these days.

Over the summer we watched Kaylyn blossum in so many ways...she was suddenly a big girl. When Abba started school she showed interest so we asked her is she too wanted to go to school? Of course she said yes, but we were so unsure as to whether or not she would leave mommy. So we decided that MDO one day a week would be best for her but to our surprise she was very ready and was more than thrilled to be going to big girl school. She was adorable on her first day...all smiles and had a wonderful time. We were so happy to see this side of Kaylyn. As we put her in her car seat this afternoon she proclaimed more Ms. Tina (her teacher) so we are going to go ahead and let her go two days a week. So so happy for her!!!
